Clinical Hypnotherapist
Education: IT Engineer and MBA graduate
Expertise: Expert Healer and EKAA-certified integrated clinical hypnotherapist
I am Nidhi Doshi, a Holistic Healer and an Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapist.
I am always intrigued by the way body and mind are so closely connected and how they form the part of the same equation.
In my six years of work as a hypnotherapist, I have always found an emotional reason underlying any disease or pain.
I help my clients find the root cause of their problems using regression work and inner child work. I also help them to understand the lesson/wisdom behind their problems using higher self-therapy.
I have successfully used Hypnotherapy & Other Holistic healing modalities to deal with emotional & physical challenges of my clients.
Over the past six years, I have honed my skills as a clinical hypnotherapist, guiding clients through transformative healing journeys. Using a blend of regression therapy, inner child healing, and higher self-therapy, I’ve successfully helped people address both emotional and physical pain. As a spiritual guide to my clients, I bring empathy, insight, and practical tools to their healing process.
Apart from being a spiritual friend to my clients, I am also a mother of a growing teenager. I love dancing and I am an avid reader. I love coffee and savoring desserts of all kinds. Like every one of you, I also have my down times but am a little better equipped to take charge of myself and manage my emotions and so can you!

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation, focused attention, and suggestion to help individuals achieve a state of heightened awareness, known as trance. In this state, they are more open to positive suggestions that can promote change in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Hypnotherapy helps people dealing with medical conditions like psychological factors, stress and anxiety, panic attacks and even post-traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD) and phobias. Suppose you know someone who is going through mild or severe symptoms mentioned above. In that case, clinical hypnotherapy will help them ease their pain and trauma with holistic healing and help them live their lives better.
Hypnotherapy works by accessing the subconscious mind to address underlying issues or patterns that may be causing difficulties in one's life. Through relaxation techniques and guided imagery, clinical hypnotherapy helps individuals bypass their conscious barriers and tap into their subconscious resources for healing and transformation.
Sania (name changed), a 40-year-old lady walked into my cabin one day. She was overweight and looked pale and fatigued. She seemed very overwhelmed and did not know what to do.
Her presenting problem was “ I feel very overwhelmed. I have so much on my plate already, that I still say a “YES” to help people when they request me.
On enquiring further it seemed that her tendency to say a “YES” was weighing down on her health. She was putting on weight as she was not following her exercises owing to a tight schedule. She sacrificed her own needs and priorities and kept helping others. The turning point came when this habit started becoming a problem for her own children. She has begun neglecting the needs and studies of her children in order to help other people. Others included neighbours, friends and distant relatives.
The first session is always connecting with the client and breaking the ice. I made the client feel un-judged and safe.
In the first session with Sania, I understood her background and childhood. We also spoke about her college days, her adult life, her relationships with people, her current marriage and her motherhood & parenting journey.
I explained to her how the mind works and how hypnotherapy can help her.
I charted out a personalised healing plan for her and gave a rough estimate of the number of sessions required.
In the second session, through suggestions and guided imagery, I helped Sania surpass her conscious mind and connect to her subconscious mind.
Once we reached her subconscious mind, I did a therapeutic session to find her VOID.
Psychologically speaking a VOID is a space in us that is “Empty” and so we try to fill it in different ways.
In this session, we found out that she was trying to please others by helping them so that she would be loved by everyone. Deep down she wanted to be a good girl so that she could be included by others in their circle.
Her void was the loneliness that she felt as a child and helping others was her coping mechanism to fill her void.
My client’s parents divorced when she was barely 6-7 years old. This was a big trauma for her and she was deeply impacted by it.
She always wanted a happy family but now her family was divided and broken.
She was very upset with her father as he abandoned her mother and her. She missed her father, her school and all her friends. She felt all alone, lonely, unloved and uncared.
After the divorce, she mainly stayed with her maternal grandparents while her mother was trying to run the house financially. She felt even more lonely.
Moreover, her mother was quite strict, and dominating and expected a lot from her only daughter.
In order to fulfil her mom’s expectations and to feel loved by her MOM, she kept doing everything she was asked to do and never said a NO to her mother.
She also started helping her friends, by doing their homework and other small errands, only to feel loved and included.
This was the main underlying reason for her to say YES to help everyone.
A lot of Inner child work was done with the client. Inner child work is working with those younger parts of you that are traumatised, frozen and stuck in the timeline.
In the coming sessions, we worked on her past relations with her father and mother one by one.
A lot of techniques like hypnodrama, somatic release, energy exchange, cord reorientation and higher self-therapy were used.
The above work helped my client release all the unresolved and unhealed emotions of her childhood very safely.
By releasing the past wounds from her body and mind and by having an awareness of her innate needs, Sania started healing.
Post 6 - to 7 sessions, she became more confident in setting her boundaries. She could without feeling lonely and guilty say a NO to others. Her fatigue reduced and she started prioritizing herself.
