Refund Policy


If a patient has cancelled the appointment in less than 24 hours of appointment slot, no refund is allowed.

If an appointment is cancelled prior to 24 hours of the slot, a 75% refund will be processed. Please write to us on dr.meghna@holisticmindclinic.com to raise a refund claim.

Further, If you believe that your card (credit/debit) has been charged twice, please write to us on dr.meghna@holisticmindclinic.com for a refund claim. Refund claim received from the applicant will be processed after approval from the competent authority.

All bank processing charges of credit card/software vendor in the event of refund due to cancellation of consultation/service by the patient will be deducted from the refund of the payee.

All refunds will be paid back into the original card used for payment within 15 days from the date of receiving the refund request.
